I have been wanting to leave an honest review for a while now but always feel bad for the store owner. However, after shopping here for a couple of years now, I think it's time to leave a review. This store is extremely overpriced. Not only are the items overpriced, but they show extreme signs of wear. When I first started shopping here, things were more reasonably priced, and the clothes were not so worn. The last few times I have visited this store, I always hope for a better outcome. But it's the same, I leave with frustration over driving 25 mins to get here just to see the prices continue to get more ridiculous and the quality of clothes to go down the drain. A lot of their comparable to Ross and Walmart, and they are used worn-out clothes. So I don't understand the term of a used children's store when for a few more bucks I can go buy new elsewhere. Which I do each time I leave here, I head straight to Target to spend my money I planned to spend there. At the end of the day, you're a used store. And your reply sounds narcissistic. Maybe visit local thrift stores to get a better idea on how to price your items. You ain't Target sweetie.

This place is wonderful we love getting clothes for our son and daughter here. The selling back to them option is great as well. To all those negative comments in regards to what they’re giving you for your items I say. Try and sell it yourself for what you want then and I’m sure you all will come to the realization that what they offer is very fair. Thanks for being awesome fairy godmothers closet.

Reviewing specifically on selling to them, not buying. Went here to sell a bunch of babygirl clothes, before I even went I sorted out around 72 items not including a bunch of hats and burp clothes, bibs and accessories that were all never worn, with tags or worn very lightly I made sure NOTHING was wrong with any of them in that bag. I also brought along two boxes of used clothes that were fairly sorted out. When I went in I had no choice but to do a drop in go. The lady who greeted me was extremely rude and unpleasant. I left the bag with the 72+ items plus two small boxes full of stuff in their bins only to receive a call that they were going to pay me $20 for all of it. The owner said there was maybe 40 items in my bin and most had stains and weren't in good condition? There was no point in arguing there was nothing I could do, wether they mixed up my things or just purposely lied there wasn't much I feel I was able to do about it it just sucked to have it happen i thought it was insane because obviously I know what I left. I highly recommend not selling here if you have things of value and are expecting a decent value for them you definitely won't get it here. And if you are willing to risk it I definitely recommend taking pictures of everything you are taking to make sure you get them all back. One positive thing I can say is that other than the one very rude worker we talked to everyone else there spoke to us very nicely and we're very pleasant to talk to even with the circumstance. In all I just hope other people can benefit from the things they took, I just unfortunately would not trust selling to them again.

I love this place. Kids clothes are so expensive, especially with them growing out of them so fast it’s hard to keep up. I can always find clothes here at a great price! I also love their Drop-N-Go selling option; you put stuff you want to sell in one of their tubs (clothes, books, etc), they sort through it and give cash for what they want to take and then they donate the rest. It’s awesome for someone like me who doesn’t want the stuff back. I can take some cash and then rest assured the rest is being taken to folks who need it. Win-win-win in my opinion!!

Not sure anyone would have anything negative to say about this place. Was there for the first time today and was so happy to find that their clothes selection was plentiful and well organized! Bought tons of clothes for great prices! Lots of onsies for $2.00 and in such great condition!! Definitely doing my shopping there from now on. So happy I found this store!

Not sure why there is so many bad reviews. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and so sweet. There aren’t many places like this around and I appreciate their business. They have great prices, clean store, and they even have a little tv playing movies and shows for the kids! They have a nice toy selection and a great selection for boys clothes as well! I always recommend this place to all my family and friends! They definitely do not disappoint!! 10/10 definitely recommend!
